Easy Access Autism Screening Program
No costs. No appointments. Just Answers.
Parents have the opportunity to address their child's developmental concerns through SARRC's Easy Access Autism Screening program. This program provides free screening assessments over the phone, taking approximately 10 minutes. This program is best suited for parents or caregivers of children aged 12–36 months.

The Mom & Baby Mobile Health Center® will serve as a teaching center for the next generation of advanced practice and baccalaureate nurses, and will provide clinical care and support in local communities across the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Services are available for the uninsured, underinsured, and insured, making high-quality care accessible to you and your family across the lifespan.

South Phoenix Healthy Start Referral Program
SPHS is a free program designed to decrease Infant and Maternal deaths. We are here to support you: to make sure that you and families are healthy and remain healthy.
To enroll in any of the offered programs, participants will need to live in specific Zip Codes.

At Quarterly Partner Meetings (QPM), all community partners are invited to participate. These meetings focus on community and county initiatives, collaborative planning for community health improvement, sharing resources, and networking opportunities.
- Save the date for the September QPM on Wednesday, Sept 4, to dive into work on the 2024-2026 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). we want as many partners as possible present at the CHIP table.
