Improved Tenant Improvement Request Form now available
Are you a Paine Field tenant that is considering improvements, building additions, or mechanical and plumbing work? Don't forget that permits from Snohomish County Planning and Development Services are required for these types of work.
Prior to permit approval all building construction, expansions, and land improvements must be submitted to and approved by the airport. Paine Field, in partnership with the County's Information Services staff have made improvements to the Tenant Improvement Request Form (TIF). The form is fillable and will automatically route to Airport staff upon full completion and submittal. Learn more on our website or go right to the form to complete it.
If you do not have an approved TIF included with your permit submittal, your application will be rejected.

New look for Airport Operations vehicles
Have you seen the new look for the Airport Operations vehicles? The reflective striping added to the sides and rear of the vehicle should make them more easily identifiable to our tenants and users. Thank you to Operations Specialists Peter LaRussa and Tanner McBride for designing the new look and coordinating the work.
