Redmond, WA – The City is excited to announce the release of a new
customer self-service web portal and “Your Redmond” app. Users can now report
issues, make service or other city requests, find answers to common questions
and stay more informed with this new virtual addition to our customer service
center. You can submit requests by visiting the web portal on Redmond.gov and clicking
the “Service Request” tab or by downloading the app through the Apple or Google
Play stores and searching for the “Your Redmond” app.
“The
new web portal and the Your Redmond app are additional efforts to meet the City’s
priority of enhancing our customer service model and response times,” said
Mayor John Marchione. “We continue to look forward to better serving the
community through easier accessibility to information through technology.”
In
addition to the web portal and app release, the City recently constructed and
opened a first floor Customer Service Center in January. Construction also began on seven
first floor conference rooms to meet City Hall customer needs and is
anticipated to be complete in April. These spaces will allow residents,
businesses, contractors and others conducting business with City staff to have
easier access to meeting spaces.
