Notice of Rainier School Final Rulemaking (CR-103)
The following rulemaking notices have been filed with the Office of the Code Reviser and will appear in the Washington State Register.
Next Steps:
The permanent rule won’t appear (or disappear for repealed rules) in the Title 388 WAC online for at least two weeks after the full text of the rule is published in the Washington State Register.
- Note the filing date stamped in the upper right-hand corner of the CR-103.
- Unless noted otherwise at the top of the CR-103 form, the rule will take effect on the 31st day after this date.
