New Laws Regarding Telehealth Services

The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the development and popularity of Telehealth across different medical specialties, including Podiatry. It has become a popular way for patients to receive podiatric care from the comfort of their homes. With the help of telehealth technology, podiatrists can provide patients virtual consultations, assessments, and treatments. In 2024, Washington State passed bills regarding Telehealth, and details of those bills can be found here at Telehealth New Laws.
