Finding Moments of Joy: Anytime, Anywhere
By Invest EAP
Have you been feeling like life is merely one thing after another and another…and another? You're not alone. We invite you to start small and start where you are: finding joy.
Joy is different than happiness. Happiness is something that measures how good we feel over time. But joy is about feeling good right now – just a spark that lightens your heart or makes you smile. Because joy lives in little moments, it’s a lot simpler and easier to find than happiness.
