Beech Days Lunch Visitation Schedule
Dear Parents/Families,
We are excited to welcome back our Beech Days! This is an opportunity a to share a wholesome lunch experience with your child at school. Beech Days are special weeks designated each month where we welcome you to partake in a nutritious school meal alongside your student(s). We encourage family members to enjoy the same lunch as their child, whether it's a packed lunch or from the school cafeteria. To maintain the integrity of our meal program, we kindly request refraining from bringing fast food options.
On the day of your child's scheduled lunch, please arrive 5 minutes early to sign in at the office with your identification. Our staff will direct you to the cafeteria. As you depart, please remember to check out at the office. For those opting to purchase lunch from the cafeteria, adult pricing is $4.75, payable in cash. For more details on lunch options, please click here.
To ensure a comfortable dining environment, we kindly request limiting visitors to 2 family members per student due to space constraints. Additionally, we ask that family members refrain from accompanying their child's class back to the classroom or joining them outside during recess. Please give a warm hug or kiss and exit the cafeteria.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and enthusiasm in making Beech Days a memorable experience for our students and families alike.
Please refer and adhere to the Legend schedule below for the designated lunch dates and times by grade levels. Please let your child's teacher know in advance, so the cafeteria can plan accordingly for the additional number of lunches. We will see you at the Beech!
Thank you for your continued support and involvement in our school community!
