Picture Day!

School Picture Day is Monday, September 12th and Tuesday, September 13th through students' Physical Education (PE) class.  PE Teachers will distribute picture forms to students in class on Tuesday, September 6th and Wednesday, September 7th.  Families who wish to purchase pictures may either pay online or give the completed form and payment to the student to bring with them on their Picture Day.  Please read the form for specific payment instructions and picture package options.  Don't forget to say, "CHEESE!"

 

Volunteer Opportunity on School Photo Days

We are looking for 6 adult volunteers to help on school photo days, September 12th and 13th. Volunteers will be asked to hand out photo cards to students as they wait to be photographed. Volunteers will receive a $25 discount voucher towards their student(s) photographs.

Back to School Forms:

All five (5) beginning of the School Year forms are included here and will be on the Liberty Middle School website at this link:

The first item listed below is a form that must be printed at home, signed, and returned to your student’s Unity Time teacher. You may complete items 2 through 5 on-line. The forms listed below are REQUIRED for ALL students.

  1. Health Information Form  (Parent/ Legal Guardian signature required)
  2. Parental Permission for SOL Retake Form
  3. After School Registration Form
  4. Digital Consent  (Accessible August 10)
  5. Intent to Ride School Bus  (Access link through ParentVue)

 


Free and Reduced-Price Meals 

Learn more about the criteria and process to apply for free or reduced-price breakfast and lunch.

If you have children eligible for the federal Free and Reduced-Price Meals program, they may also be eligible to participate in other Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) fee-based programs without paying a fee or by paying a reduced fee (e.g classes with a student fee).

The free and reduced-price meals application also includes a section where you provide consent to share information allowing FCPS staff (School Principal, school counselors and other FCPS program staff) to share information about your children's meal eligibility status.

We have a limited supply of yearbooks left over from last year. If you would like to purchase one for your student(s) please log into MySchoolBucks to purchase. Once you purchase, our Yearbook Advisor will mail one to you.
