Blessings in a Backpack

Can you help?

Please consider supporting this very important program at Mosaic Elementary. To ensure 100 kids at our school have full bellies over the weekend, you can help send them home on Fridays with a bag full of satisfying and nutritional food. There are many ways for you to get involved:

  • Pack bags after school in the cafeteria on Wednesdays (1 hour/week)
  • Order food on-line (1 hour/week)
  • Pick up food at Wegmans & drop off at school (1.5 hours/week)
  • Maintain our Amazon Wish List (1 hour/month)
  • Coordinate a food drive with your office, faith community, or Scouts (commitment time varies)
  • Prepare grant and/or donation letters (1-2 hours/month)
  • Create and maintain a Sign-Up Genius for packing volunteers (1 hour/month)

If you'd like more information about any of these opportunities, please e-mail jennyholliday@yahoo.com. Thank you for considering!
