Biophilia

Nature in Our Community: Why Biophilia Matters

Join EcoAction Arlington online, Wednesday, May 13, 7:00 to 8:30 p.m to explore biophilic cities and see how Arlington is working to integrate the natural world into our community as we develop, grow, and thrive. This event is free. Register online at ecoactionarlington.org. To read more about this event check out the event page.

Sensory Activities Help Keep You Calm

Visit the Therapeutic Recreation Facebook page for new fun projects every weekday at 1 p.m. Sensory-stimulating activities can help calm the body and mind as well as aid in self-regulation. Activities have been selected that use typical items found around the house, but not food.
