The United States Department of Commerce’s U.S. Commercial Service invites you to the Global Diversity Export Initiative (GDEI) Opportunities for Minority-Led Businesses in the Caribbean Region Conference in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on November 17-18, 2024.
Ideal for any company seeking opportunities in the Caribbean Region, this unique business conference offers you the opportunity to meet and network with U.S. Commercial and Economic Officers from countries in the region as well as key trade related service providers.
One-on-one meetings will be pre-scheduled with U.S. diplomats and/or industry specialists from U.S. Embassies in Dominican Republic, Barbados/Eastern Caribbean (Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines) Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Suriname, The Bahamas, and Trinidad and Tobago.
Participants will engage in market briefings; two networking receptions; four plenary session presentations; two networking lunches, three networking coffee breaks, and five export related workshops.

Cost: $500 per participant.*
* Includes meetings with officers, regional briefings, business conference, two networking receptions, two networking lunch, and three networking coffee breaks. Expenses for travel, lodging, most meals, and incidentals will be the responsibility of each conference participant.
