On July 26, 2022, we announced Quicktime users will access the system via single sign-on (SSO) beginning July 31, 2022 (pay period 2217). SSO is a widely used authentication method that allows users to securely authenticate with and access multiple applications by using just one set of credentials.   

• Outage: SSO is not available when accessing Quicktime through the DOI Apps Store 
• Customers Affected: Office of the Secretary Employees
• Interim Solutions: Customers may access Quicktime using their legacy login username and password.
  

The Office of the Chief Information Officer and Interior Business Center are actively working to correct the issue as soon as possible. We will notify customers when SSO is available when using the DOI Apps Store.
