Subject: Quicktime Single Sign-on Implementation Begins Pay Period 2217

We are excited to announce that beginning July 31, 2022 (pay period 2217), Quicktime users will access the system via single sign-on. Single sign-on is a widely used authentication method that allows users to securely authenticate with and access multiple applications by using just one set of credentials.
How do users access single sign-on?
The Quicktime web interface will update with single sign-on access. Users will see an option to sign in using DOI single sign-on or they may select the Quicktime legacy login option.
How will single sign-on work?
Once users register themselves for single sign-on using the instructions below, they will have access their Quicktime account with the click of a single button.
Single Sign-on Registration Instructions:

Navigate to Quicktime after July 31, 2022.

Read the Quicktime Login user notification page and select “I Agree”

Select “Sign in using DOI Single Sign On”

Enter your current Employee ID and password and select “Login”

Your account is now registered. You will select “Sign in using DOI Single Sign On” each time you access Quicktime.
