The USDA Farmers Market will reopen today, Friday, June 2, and run through Friday, September 29. The market will be open from 10 a.m. ET to 2 p.m. ET on Fridays in a new location on 14th Street and Independence Ave, S.W. The market has 16 returning vendors and 7 new vendors that we want to welcome to the family! Be sure to stop by and give a warm welcome to all our wonderful vendors.
If you are coming into the office, consider Fridays! It’s a great opportunity to get outside, support the USDA Farmers Market and its vendors, and have a bit of fun during the day!
Exciting events are planned on opening day and throughout the season. You can expect special guests, tasty VegU demonstrations, program highlights in the Fresh This Week tent and Produce Pals-Kids' Corner with fun weekly activities for the little ones.
