Free Entitlement Autumn Term estimates – now open
The Online Provider Portal (OPP) is now open for you to submit your Autumn term estimates for Free Entitlement (FE) 2, 3 and 4 Year Olds: www.westsussex.gov.uk/ecsportal
- Headcount Day for Autumn term is 19 September 2019
- The deadline for estimate submissions is 5 July 2019.

Do not submit your actual data at this time. If you do, this information will be overwritten and lost. We only require estimate information at present and we will request your actuals data in due course.
If you have any questions, please email free.entitlement@westsussex.gov.uk or phone the Family Information Service on 01243 777807.
Please be advised that the Online Provider Portal (OPP) will be unavailable between midnight Wednesday 26 June and Thursday 27 June 2019 whilst we upgrade our technology.
This will affect all tasks within the OPP (including submitting your Autumn Free Entitlement Estimates, and the Termly update form).
Please note that parents and carers will not be able to submit 2 year old Free Entitlement applications between these times.
Our FIS childcare website will also be unavailable to the public for one day only on Thursday 27 June.
Summer term Free Entitlement Payments
For all submissions that met the deadline and where there are no outstanding queries, please be advised that you can expect your Summer term Free Entitlement actual payments week commencing 24 June 2019 as advertised.
Don’t forget, even though the Online Provider Portal is now closed for Summer term submissions, you can still log back on to view a summary of payments expected. Please refer to the Actuals guidance available at www.westsussex.gov.uk/ecsportal
