Summer Term Free Entitlement Actuals

The Online Provider Portal (OPP) opens today, Wednesday 24 April 2019, for Summer term Free Entitlement actuals claims.

Following the recent upgrade to our systems, as always we recommend that you follow the guidance available at www.westsussex.gov.uk/ecsportal to ensure you are completing your submission correctly.

It is also important to read the “Free Entitlement – additional information for providers” document on www.westsussex.gov.uk/ecsfreeentitlement

Remember, you can carry out an instant 30 hour code check using the ‘Online eligibility checker’ via the OPP, however this will not save or submit your data to us. See our OPP help guide for further guidance:

  • Headcount day: Thursday 9 May 2019
  • Deadline for return: Friday 24 May 2019

If you have any queries after reading the guidance, please email free.entitlement@westsussex.gov.uk
