Due to mandatory upgrades taking place to the Online Provider Portal (OPP), new validation rules for your OPP login will no longer allow the use of the same email address across multiple accounts. However, if you run multiple settings, it will be possible to have one user account to access all providers. This is to further improve our online security.
Accounts you may currently have access to include:
- ‘Funding/named’ account e.g EY100000.John.Smith
- ‘Generic’ account e.g EY100000.Example.Nursery
- ‘Staff account’ e.g. EY100000.Example.Nursery.Staff
As from Thursday 11 April we will be:
- Adding full access to any ‘Funding/Named’ accounts already set up
- Deleting your ‘generic’ and ‘staff’ accounts.
What you need to do:
- Give consideration to any additional ‘Funding/Named’ accounts you require for your setting and, if required, liaise with your email service provider to set up any adiditonal business email accounts. We will ask for this information in approximately four to six weeks time.
- Pause on submitting Termly Provider Updates and Staff Contact updates until Wednesday 17 April when you will have access through the current Funding/Named account attached to your setting.

Makaton Foundation Workshop for Professionals
Duration: This is a TWO FULL DAY course and will take place over two weeks

Cost: The cost of the course is £120 which includes materials but lunch is not included.
Tutor: Noriko Bayes (SSC nursery nurse at BRNS and Makaton Regional Tutor)
Entry criteria: Participants need to have an understanding of early communication skills but no signing experience/knowledge required.
Please note – this course is not part of the WSCC Early Years Training Programme or Subscription scheme.
