Yn dilyn y llythyr dyddiedig 15 Rhagfyr 2020 (ynghlwm) a gohebiaeth bellach ar 14 Ionawr 2021 (ynghlwm) rydym yn ysgrifennu atoch eto i’ch atgoffa o’r cyllid sydd ar gael gan Lywodraeth Cymru i gynorthwyo darparwyr gyda chostau llogi podiau ymweld, ac unrhyw gostau yswiriant sy’n gysylltiedig â llogi’r podiau hynny.

Rhaid i ddarparwr sy'n dymuno gwneud hawliad lenwi'r ffurflen ar ddiwedd y llythyr hwn a'i chyflwyno i Lywodraeth Cymru drwy e-bost i flwch post PeilotPodiauYmweldLlC@llyw.cymru cyn gynted â phosibl ac erbyn dydd Gwener 26 Chwefror.

Dear Colleagues,

Following the letter of 15 December 2020 (attached) and further communication on 14 January 2021 (attached) we are writing to you again to remind you of the Welsh Government funding available to support providers with the costs of hiring visitor pods, and any associated insurance costs of hiring these structures.

Providers wishing to make a claim must complete the form at the end of this letter and submit it to the Welsh Government via email to WGVisitingPodPilot@gov.wales mailbox as soon as possible and by Friday 26 February.

Access to the funds remains on a first come first served basis until all funds are allocated.

Finally we also wish to highlight the importance of having appropriate financial, risk and control systems in place before procuring any goods or services from third parties, including in respect of the hire of visiting pods under this scheme.
