Help shape Wales' visitor accommodation services

Welsh Government has introduced the Visitor Accommodation (Register and Levy) Etc. (Wales) Bill.  The Welsh Revenue Authority (WRA), a non-ministerial department of Welsh Government is now conducting user research on designing the services to implement the Bill.

Many accommodation providers have already shared their views. Now the WRA need to hear from larger operators, including hotel groups with multiple sites in Wales.

Help shape services that work for businesses like yours. To join the WRA’s user research programme, email: visitorlevy@wra.gov.wales.
