Digital vaccination records and simplified booking systems are among some of the changes set out in a new plan to increase the take up of vaccinations across Wales.
"Progress continues to be made on the longest waits and we have seen a reduction in the number of patient pathways waiting more than two years for treatment for the fifth month in a row."
Proposals include legislation to eliminate profit from the care of children looked after. And introduce direct payments for adults who are eligible for continuing NHS healthcare.
Views are also sought on: extending mandatory reporting of children and adults at risk
changes to regulation of social care services and the workforce
inclusion of childcare and play workers within the definition of social care worker.
This consultation closes at midnight on 7 November 2022.
