Working together to create year round strawberries

Welsh based Digital Farming and Agri SGJ are collaborating on a project to use vertical farming for growing strawberries all year round. Welsh Government SMART Cymru support is helping the partnership to develop a hydroponic growing system for the large-scale cultivation of strawberries.

Student Innovation Awards 2019

30 September – 1 October - Glamorgan County Cricket Club, Cardiff

14 & 15 October - Pontio Arts Centre, Bangor

The Innovation Awards is a prestigious competition and an interactive showcase for the most pioneering project work at GCSE and A level Design and Technology. More than 2000 students, teachers and businesses are expected to attend the event. Why not come along and see this year’s innovators
