The Agri-Innovation summit 2019 took place on 25-26 June 2019 in Lisieux, Normandy - France.
The event was dedicated to the contribution of EIP-AGRI for the transition to agroecology. It brought together 450 people: representatives from EIP-AGRI projects throughout Europe as well as local actors and experts.
With a proposed budget of 100 billion euro from 2021 to 2027, the Horizon Europe framework programme represents the largest collaborative multinational research and innovation investment in Europe and is open to participants worldwide.
The European Commission has published a paper ‘Building stronger agricultural knowledge and innovation systems (AKIS)’ to foster advice, knowledge and innovation in agriculture and rural areas.
