Changes to water abstraction licensing exemptions in Wales

Changes to abstraction licencing mean most previously exempt abstractors now need to apply for a licence. Natural Resources Wales are calling for all applications to be submitted before September 2019 to ensure that they can be checked before the end of the application window.

Agri-Innovation summit 2019

The Agri-Innovation summit 2019 took place on 25-26 June 2019 in Lisieux, Normandy - France.

The event was dedicated to the contribution of EIP-AGRI for the transition to agroecology. It brought together 450 people: representatives from EIP-AGRI projects throughout Europe as well as local actors and experts.

Horizon Europe Co-design 2021-2024

With a proposed budget of 100 billion euro from 2021 to 2027, the Horizon Europe framework programme represents the largest collaborative multinational research and innovation investment in Europe and is open to participants worldwide.

Building stronger agricultural knowledge and innovation systems

The European Commission has published a paper ‘Building stronger agricultural knowledge and innovation systems (AKIS)’ to foster advice, knowledge and innovation in agriculture and rural areas.
