South Wales-based, Dacey Limited has acquired new premises, trebled its manufacturing capacity and created 10 new jobs after receiving support from Welsh Government’s Innovation team.

Open Innovation success

Three organisation have received SMARTCymru funding to help them develop and adopt Open Innovation. The Welsh Government support will help Nidec Industrial Automation, United Purpose and Costain to develop their approaches to collaboration in Wales, providing opportunities for other stakeholders to work with them on future innovation projects.

Open Innovation Feasibilty funding is for businesses that want to offer multiple and ongoing opportunities for collaboration. Up to £30,000 is available to support 50% of eligible costs.
