Innovative partnership boosts
Wales’ circular economy
National construction firm, Wates
Residential, are working with Cardiff City Council as well as a paint manufacturer, Paint 360, and a social
enterprise, Merthyr Tydfil Institute for the Blind, to use ‘re-engineered
paint’.
The partnership was brokered by Welsh Government's Innovation team as part of a project to help local authorities recycle opened tins of paint left at their household waste centres.
