Improvement works are to begin in car parks and market spaces in Ivybridge in the coming weeks, as part of the Council's ongoing commitment to invest in our communities.
We're carrying out a series of works to Leonards Road, Glanvilles Mill and Harford Road car parks, to improve the experience for everyone parking there.
Works start from 1 July, with each car park having the works done on separate dates to ensure parking is still available.

An exciting new sports facility has opened at Kingsbridge Recreation Ground. A new pump track will provide a free outdoor space for people using bicycles, skateboards and scooters.
Construction began on 11 May 2026, after the project received support from the Council and Kingsbridge Town Council.
Designed for riders of all ages and abilities, the track aims to offer a dedicated area for wheeled sports without conflicting with other public activities.
