This Sunday 28 August, Frechville Sports Club will be hosting an armed forces funday. Join our veterans for what will be a busy day of fun, featuring marching bands, bouncy castles, face painting, animal petting and raffles with a superhero fancy dress competition judged by our Lord Mayor.

The business cases for the £24.1 million Stocksbridge Towns Fund projects have been submitted to the Government this week. The ten projects include investment in sports, recreation and education as well as the regeneration of the town centre, including a new library and community hub.
