Medway Annual Staff Award 2022 Winners
The achievements of teams and individuals who have gone the extra mile, or shown great passion and commitment to making the work environment the best it can be for both colleagues and patients, were recognised yesterday (Thursday 27 April) at our Medway Annual Staff Awards for 2022 event.
Twelve awards were handed out by Jayne Black, our Chief Executive and Jo Palmer, our Chair, during the afternoon tea event.
Nine of these were for people to nominate their colleagues across the Trust, with more than 100 nominations received. Our 10th category, Hospital Hero was nominated by members of the public. We had 50 nominations for this award which shows just how much the work we do here at the Trust is appreciated by the communities we serve.
The final two categories Team of the Year and Employee of the Year, were picked by the judging panel from the monthly award winners in 2022.
