Celebrate Get Online Week with us!
Get Online Week is Good Things Foundation's annual digital inclusion campaign. It's been held every year since 2007 and is back for 2025 from October 20-26th!
The aim to help tens of thousands of people discover the benefits of being online and build their confidence in using the internet - helping more people cross the digital divide in just one week.

Central Library will be buzzing with activity on Tuesday between 1pm and 4pm, with a 3D printing demonstration, the opportunity to explore your family history online and a marketplace of stalls providing digital inclusion support and knowledge.

Between 1pm and 4pm on Thursday afternoon, Gorton Hub will be transformed into a marketplace with stalls promoting digital inclusion services, and deep dive sessions on online learning and staying safe online.
Like our Central Library Marketplace, you’ll find NHS App support, BorrowBox information and the council's web reporting team. You will also find Citizens Advice, AbilityNet, MadLab's digital drop-in and Potting Herbs with Gale.
