Important information
Please read this information, especially around maximum number of bookings.

- MAXIMUM TWO BOOKINGS PER BLOCK until the online open sale at the end of each booking period. (One free + one paid for or two free.) Swimming, boating and the Play Day are bonus activities.
- Activities are for families living within the Manchester City Council boundary.
- Each booking must include at least one child aged 16 or under with special educational needs or a disability (SEND).
- There will be a mix of face to face and online booking, except for adventure/physical activities which are face to face booking only.
- Most activities are free except for the coach trips. (Card payment may be available at face to face bookings but please bring cash just in case.)

 Block Two booking sessions
Please be aware that queues have been long at some face to face sessions. Everyone is trying their best to serve people as quickly as they can. It helps if you are clear about the activity you want. Check the information in advance and have a second choice in mind, just in case. Places left from Block One bookings, including the activity days at Ghyll Head, will be available at these sessions.

Tree Top Trek and Nets
Face to face booking only. Sessions on the trek and nets at Heaton Park with Zipworld. Here are some Frequently Asked Questions.
Trek: Sessions on the highwire obstacle course. Age 6+ mini trek, age 7+ full trek, maximum weight 120kg, snack provided. On Tuesday 6th and 13th August, Thursday 8th and 15th August, 10am-12pm.
Nets: Age 3+, 3-5 years must have adult with them, packed lunch provided. On Tuesday 6th and 13th August, Thursday 8th and 15th August, Friday 9th and 16th August, 10am-12pm.
Debdale Watersports
Face to face booking only. Outdoor water activities at Debdale Outdoor Centre on Hyde Road, Gorton on Wednesday 7th and Wednesday 14th August, 1-4pm. Snacks provided. 6+ only and children need to be water confident. Clothes likely to get wet so bring spare set and a towel.
Play Day
Face to face booking only. BONUS - book on top of two-activity limit. A Play Day at Sporting Edge Community Sports Centre, Fairfield Road, Openshaw, M11 1FG, on Wednesday 7th August, 11am-3pm (11am-12pm relaxed SEND-only session). Book for the relaxed hour at the start, then stay for as long as you like.
Cinema visit

Drama workshops
Face to face booking only. Series of three workshops at 2pm on Fridays 9th August, 16th August, and 23rd August at North West Arts Theatre, 270a Lightbowne Rd, Moston, Manchester, M40 5HQ. Learn drama skills in these interactive workshops. Book on all three to take part in final performance. Snacks provided.
Swimming
Face to face booking only. BONUS - book on top of two-activity limit. Inclusive swims at Abraham Moss Leisure Centre, Crescent Road, Crumpsall, M8 5UF - Saturday 10th August and Saturday 17th August, 12-1pm or 1-2pm.
Outdoor adventure
Face to face booking only. Outdoor adventure activities with Bright Future Friends and NACRO at the Horticultural Centre (off the main car park), Wythenshawe Park M23 0AB. Age 6+, packed lunch included, Sunday 11th August and Sunday 18th August, 12-3pm. There is also an evening session on Monday 12th August, 4-7pm.
Rock Over Climbing
Face to face booking only. A session at Rock Over Climbing at Park Garage, Cheviot Street, M3 1LW, near Victoria Station, on Sunday 11th August, 4.30-6pm. For children 6+, packed lunch included.
Boating
Face to face booking only. BONUS - book on top of two-activity limit. Boating at Heaton Park on Monday 12th August, 10am-12pm. Snacks provided, maximum 5 per boat.
