BLOCK ONE
Important information
- Activities are for families living within the Manchester City Council boundary.
- Each booking must include at least one child aged 16 or under with special educational needs or a disability (SEND).
- Maximum 2 bookings per block until the online open sale at the end of each booking period. (One free + one paid for or two free.) Swimming and boating are bonus activities.
- There will be a mix of face to face and online booking, except for adventure/physical activities which are face to face booking only.
- Most activities are free except for the coach trips. (Card payment may be available at face to face bookings but please bring cash just in case.)

Ghyll Head
Face to face booking only. Outdoor adventure at Ghyll Head, Windermere in the Lake District, 6+ only. All places £10 per person, includes activities for children.

Arcade Club

Tree Top Trek and Nets
Face to face booking only. Sessions on the trek and nets at Heaton Park with Zipworld. Here are some Frequently Asked Questions.
Trek: Sessions on the highwire obstacle course. Age 6+ mini trek, age 7+ full trek, maximum weight 120kg, snack provided. On Tuesday 23rd, Thursday 25th July, Tuesday 30th July and Thursday 1st August, 10am-12pm.
Nets: Age 3+, 3-5 years must have adult with them, packed lunch provided. On Thursday 25th, Friday 26th July, Tuesday 30th July and Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd August, 10am-12pm.
Debdale Watersports
Face to face booking only. Outdoor water activities at Debdale Outdoor Centre on Hyde Road, Gorton on Wednesday 24th and Wednesday 31st July, 1-4pm. Snacks provided. 6+ only and children need to be water confident. Clothes likely to get wet so bring spare set and a towel.
Swimming
Face to face booking only. BONUS - book on top of two-activity limit. Inclusive swims at Abraham Moss Leisure Centre, Crescent Road, Crumpsall, M8 5UF - Saturday 27th July and Saturday 3rd August, 12-1pm or 1-2pm.
Rock Over Climbing
Face to face booking only. A session at Rock Over Climbing at Park Garage, Cheviot Street, M3 1LW, near Victoria Station, on Sunday 28th July, 4.30-6pm. For children 6+, packed lunch included.
Boating
Face to face booking only. BONUS - book on top of two-activity limit. Boating at Heaton Park on Monday 29th July, 10am-12pm. Snacks provided, maximum 5 per boat.
Museum visit
Visit to the Museum of Science and Industry, Liverpool Road, Manchester M3 4FP, including Power-up gaming and computer exhibition. It's on Tuesday 30th July, arrival between 10-11am, unlimited stay, recommended for 5+, packed lunch included:
