You will be joining the core in-house team, working across hero commercials, social content, music, and in-house projects. Our work environment is fast, creative, and always striving to expand on briefs and explore new ideas.
Post-production is an integral part of the company and it’s an expanding team with big ambitions. We are in the process of building our first client-facing edit and grade suites to host more sit-in sessions for our clients.

Following on from last week’s career insight day at Arsenal, there will be four weeks of follow on events on a Friday run by Westminster Kingsway Hubs with the creative and digital events being supported by LIFT.

Digital Future Talent Programme

Through 6 months of media-specific and professional-skills training, our Digital programme will teach you all you need to know about our industry including; Youtube Channel Management, Distribution, Music, Data, Analytics and Paid Media. Alternatively, our Studio, our programme will teach you all you need to know about our industry including; Production, Postproduction, Creative, Localisation and Music.
Alongside all of this, you will be given the chance to work for an award-winning entertainment company and see how it works at an operational level. Once the 6-month programme is finished you could find yourself accepting a full-time position in our channel management team.
