Apprentice Programme Support Officer - Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship
The Programme Support Officer apprenticeship consists of a 24-month opportunity where you will gain experience working in a Programme Management Office and have exposure to the project management process. You will work towards the Association for Project Management (APM) Project Management Qualification (PMQ) as part of a Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship qualification.
To apply for this apprenticeship, you must:
- Be unemployed (or working no more than 16 hours)
- An Islington resident or Islington care leaver or a student at an Islington secondary school currently or within the last 12 months.
- Not currently be skilled or qualified in Associate Project Manager or similar project discipline at level 4 or above.
- Be able to meet the course entry requirements of:
- 5 x GCSE’s including Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent e.g. A-Levels of BTEC Level 3 Diploma
You’ll be paid at London Living Wage (£20,167 per annum), with up to 30 days leave per year annual leave, discounted gym memberships and many other benefits

Pemberton Global ltd | Plumbing Apprentice | Full time 8-5 Mon to Fri | £11.05 Per hour | Candidates Residential Borough: Camden or Islington | Duration of placement: 1 year on Whittington Site, but then expected to work on other sites in London to gain qualifications and complete apprenticeship.
Job Description
Main duties of the job: As an apprentice plumber, they will be putting in Drainage, water services and fixing sanitary ware. Obviously, this will be under supervision, they will be expected to keep work spaces clean, unload deliveries and answer to senior tradesmen. We would hope they would see this as a long-term opportunity rather than a short placement.
Desired qualifications for both:
Maths and English GCSE at Grade 4/C and above or equivalent UK qualification. You must be able to produce these certificates if you are successful in your application

Next Generation – Young residents enterprise programme
Want to be your own boss? Access free start-up training and cash grants up to £5,000 to begin your entrepreneurial journey. Sign up to Next Generation by Enterprise Nation and apply to the start-up bootcamp by 23 October.
50 budding entrepreneurs will be selected to access six weeks of training, mentoring and the chance to pitch their business and receive a grant between £750 and £5,000.

Peabody has partnered with Hatch Enterprise for the delivery of business idea/early-stage business programme. Taking part in this programme is a useful way to build up and strengthen aspiring entrepreneurs’ business plan or simply bring new perspectives on how to grow their business. It is also a great entry-point to the brilliant Hatch support community which includes access to more advanced programmes and funding.
