Important information about INSSight rollout
In autumn, the Insolvency Service will be introducing a new internal case management system called ‘INSSight’. We have previously shared new templates for you to start using once our new system is live.
We are issuing this update to inform you that our ‘Go Live’ date has changed.
When does the new system Go Live?
The new system will now Go Live in early November 2024.
Why has the rollout been delayed?
We needed additional time to perform testing on data that has been migrated to INSSight from our current system, ISCIS.
What does this mean for me?
You should now plan to use the new templates from early November 2024.
The rollout timeline, including any expected impact on our services, will be shared with you before Go Live. Please keep an eye out for more information coming soon.
