The new Football Premier League starts this Friday. This will bring with it a new wave of adverts encouraging you to gamble. If betting alone has become a habit you didn't choose, there are professionals you can talk to.
If you want to talk to someone about your gambling, or that of a loved one, West London MIND's ResetPoint offers three support options, including peer support and drop-in sessions.
Vapes sold illegally, usually over social media, are always dangerous. But recent research shows that many contain spice, an even more harmful drug than nicotine and cannabis.
Research by the University of Bath last year found that 25% of all vapes confiscated from school children in London contain spice. This may rise to 39% in products sold as THC vapes.
Signs that someone may have ingested spice include:
- being unable to move
- dizziness
- breathing difficulties
- chest pain
- paranoia
If you suspect your child has invertedly smoked spice in a vape and displays any of the above symptoms, please call 999 immediately.
