Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. The Council is determined to do all it can to save people from suicide in Hounslow, which is why it's launching Be Their One – a new joint suicide awareness campaign with Hillingdon Council.
The campaign focuses on the fact it only takes one person to save a life. The aim of the campaign is to raise awareness of the resources people can use to learn how to speak to people who are in crisis and say they plan to kill themselves.
By taking the Zero Suicide Alliance training and familiarising yourself with crisis mental health services local to you, you can give yourself the best chance of saving someone’s life.
Why not take the 30-minute, online training today?
