You are invited to share your views on whether the Horsham District Local Plan Regulation 19 Proposed Submission document meets national planning tests.
Unlike previous consultations, we are required at this stage to ask specific questions which will give people an opportunity to comment on how the Local Plan has been prepared, whether its aims are achievable, and whether the Regulation 19 Plan is based on a robust evidence base.
Representations must be submitted between
9am, Friday 19 January - 5pm, Friday 1 March 2024.
The proposed new Local Plan, supporting evidence and submitted comments will be submitted to the Secretary of State for consideration by an independent Planning Inspector as part of a publicly held examination. Any comments received outside of this period will not be accepted.
You may find it helpful to look at the formal notice explaining the procedure for making representations, and where you can view the documents.
