DfE are offering funding to early years providers and state-funded primary schools in England to strengthen relationships between early years providers, including nurseries, childminders and maintained nursery schools, and schools. This funding comes with the aim to strengthen transitions into school – so children feel confident, prepared and supported when they start school, and schools are ready to meet each child's needs.
