Please find enclosed in this mailout the local authority Early Years Provider Agreement and Parent Declaration form for September 2026. In order to support with the implementation of this please can all provider agreements be signed and returned back to the local authority, using the FISH email address,  FISH@eastriding.gov.uk, no later than the 8th July.
