Following the release of the updated DfE Early education and childcare statutory guidance April 2025, please find enclosed in this mailout an interim, local authority provider agreement and parent declaration form. Due to the tight time scales the local authority intend to update this in preparation for September 2025, in line with further changes to funding and the EYFS statutory framework. For your reference we have also enclosed the DfE statutory guidance and frequently asked questions.
To support with the implementation of the agreement the local authority would like to invite you to a short, Teams, briefing session on Thursday 27th March 2025 at 1.30pm - 2.30pm or 7.00pm – 8.00pm. The second session will be a repeat of the first so please select the time which is most convenient for you and use the link below.
