Urgent Headcount update
There is an issue with the new addition asked for by the DfE therefore please put 38 weeks in for the census information (or the number of weeks the provider is open in term-time which could be less than 38 weeks, for independent schools for example).

Ehub census form
Please remember that the 2025 Census form has been published by our performance team on the Ehub for completion. This needs to be completed along with the information above.
Please can all providers that offer FEE complete this by 20th January 2025 at the latest Guidance of how to do this can be found here:

Issues with codes
We have received a recurring issue regarding codes that have been reconfirmed but the dates of the code when checked via the eligibility checker are not reflecting this. Therefore if you have a parent with this issue please get them to email fish@eastriding.gov.uk with the proof the code was reconfirmed, this should be in the format of screen shots from their online gateway account showing the dates it was reconfirmed we can look into the matter for them.
