Additional Inclusion Support (AIS) Funding (PVI settings)
Applications for Additional Inclusion Support funding are considered on a termly basis with funding to commence at the beginning of the following term. Requests are considered initially by the Area SENCo team prior to seeking approval from the Early Years Support Team. To ensure that the process to runs efficiently, requests must be received by the dates published below.
Autumn Term 2023 Funding- Closing date Wednesday, 7 June 2023.

Please discuss requests with your Area SENCo, prior to submission, and contact them for
support/guidance with all aspects of inclusion and/or SEND
Important note: Requests received after the published closing dates will not be considered until the following term.
Changes on how to claim AIS Funding
We just wanted to make you aware about changes on how to claim for your AIS Funding.
We have created a new online form that should make the process of claiming for your child in your setting quicker and easier.
In future if your setting has a child who is entitled to AIS funding please use the link below to send in your claims for each month before the 15th for example August’s claim needs to be in by the 15, September making sure you are only claiming for one month at a time.

We want to assure you that if you have already sent in claim form, we can confirm these will be processed but any received after the 5, August 2022 will not be processed and will be declined.
Please ensure that it is your responsibility to fill in the online form correctly as we will no longer be chasing missed weeks.
