Next steps at Jacobs Ladder and Sidmouth Millennium Walkway
Further investigations into long-term options for Connaught Cliff will take place and a working group with Sidmouth Town Council will be set up. The council will also look at whether a temporary structure could be installed at a reasonable cost so the Millennium Walkway can reopen before the main repair work starts.
Alongside this, work to install the new beach huts at Jacobs Ladder is due to begin at the end of June, with the scheme expected to be completed by the end of July.

Congratulations to Kate Weedon from Poltimore House. With so much of the House now sadly lost, the Poltimore Archive created by Kate stands as a poignant and invaluable repository of its local history, heritage, and culture.
