Help keep East Devon’s beaches safe for everyone
We’re seeing a rise in evening bonfires on the beach. While we know people want to enjoy the warmer evenings, we need our beaches to be safe for everyone to visit.
Bonfires using wooden pallets are leaving nails scattered across the beach – a serious hazard to families, pets, and anyone walking barefoot. Hot sand or stones from beach fires can cause burns.
So please:
Let’s all do our bit to protect our beautiful beaches and each other. Thank you for caring for our coast.
