We wrote to you on 20 August 2024 about the review of the East Ayrshire Adult Protection Committee Improvement Plan 2023 - 2024. This is a further update around the next steps we told you about.

We are now ready to share some of the achievements over the last two years and some of the priorities we have identified moving forward into 2025 - 2026.
This give you an opportunity to comment and tell us if you think anything is missing before our Improvement Plan for 2025 - 2026 is finalised.

We would like any multi-agency staff who have an interest in ensuring our citizens remain safe and protected to drop in for a cuppa and a chat with a few of the members of the Adult Protection Committee at one of the multi-agency conversation cafes we are holding during September and October 2024.
Multi-Agency staff include East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership, East Ayrshire Council, Police Scotland, NHS Ayrshire

Wednesday 25 September 2024 from 10am - 12 noon in the Training Room in Rothesay House, Cumnock
