From the start of the 2020 - 21 academic year, Dudley has been launching a new Education Strategy based on six key principles.

Although the impact of COVID-19 has delayed our delivery in all areas, good progress continues to be made.

The SEND Service will be introducing a co-production meeting into the 20-week process to ensure that a person-centred approach is fostered.

We are pleased to announce that 9 permanent Case Officer posts have now been filled. The two remaining posts will be filled in November and January respectively.

Work is progressing to replace the current SENCo Forum with an invigorated SEND network which will have focus on multi partnership attendance.

Wellbeing for Education Return Training intends to help support education staff to promote children and young people, teachers and parents and carers’ mental wellbeing and resilience.
