Jan Spicer (née Shadbolt) may be a familiar face to many of us. At the end of last year she retired as our County Solicitor and Chief Officer for Legal, Communications and Human Resources. Now Jan is back at the Council you can hear her priorities as our Interim Chief Executive.

Join our Menopause Support Network’s one-year anniversary menopause talk café
Our Menopause Support Network is celebrating the one-year anniversary of its creation. To mark the occasion the group will be hosting a special online menopause talk café. Join the group on Tuesday 6 September from 10am to 11am.

An exit conversation is a great opportunity to capture feedback on the reasons for an employee leaving our organisation. This helps us to learn and develop. We have made some improvements to our exit interviews guidance page for all service areas to use.
