NAHT Devonshire presents: Education Roundtable
Wednesday 28 April, 4pm-5:30pm (via Zoom)
Message from Paul Gosling | Branch Secretary, NAHT Devonshire
TAKE THIS CHANCE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE - please join us to make our profession's voice heard.
Whether you are an NAHT member or not, senior leaders in educational positions in Devon, Plymouth and Torbay are invited to discuss critical issues concerning the post-Covid recovery of our educational system.
At this roundtable event, organised by NAHT Devonshire, we want you to talk to and hear from MPs and representatives on issues of funding and how budgets have been affected by Covid; assessment; inspection; mental health in schools; and recruitment and retention of teachers.
You don't have to wait! Make your views known before the event too - visit https://www.naht.org.uk/our-priorities/covid-19-and-schools-campaign-toolkit to find template letters to write to your MP, Councillor, parents groups and more.
Now is your time to get your views across, ask questions and find out what your elected representatives are doing to support you and your colleagues, your families and, of course, your learners.
Please write to your MP. Please come to the roundtable.
