Channel 4 have produced a documentary with rapper Konan who speaks about his own personal experience with PTSD. Konan allows cameras into his therapy sessions which creates a profoundly raw and emotional viewing experience. Throughout the documentary, he engages in conversations with others who also grapple with the debilitating effects of PTSD. Konan aims to raise awareness about the alarming number of young individuals in the UK who are silently struggling with PTSD, with many cases going undiagnosed. You can view the documentary on the Channel 4 website.
