The Final 2024 CCMR Student Listing is now available
The Final 2024 CCMR Student Listing is now available within TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability application. These data downloads contain the 2024 CCMR data for 2022–23 annual graduates and 2022–23 non-graduating 12th graders, including applicable corrections submitted and approved through the 2024 CCMR Verifier. The data will be used to calculate the CCMR components for 2024 accountability ratings.
CCMR Tracker Release: Part II released Friday, July 26th
The College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Tracker Part II is now available in the TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability application.
The CCMR Tracker Part II provides districts with a means to track CCMR indicator completion throughout high school for students reported as enrolled in grades 9–12 on the TSDS PEIMS October 2023 snapshot date impacting 2024 accountability ratings. Corrections cannot be submitted to TEA; this report is for informational purposes only.
The 2024 CCMR Tracker is released in stages:
- Part I March 29, 2024: CCMR outcomes reported through TSDS PEIMS, TSIA results, and OnRamps course completion through the 2022–23 school year; SAT, ACT, AP, IB and level I/II certificate results through the 2021–22school year
- Part II July 26, 2024: CCMR outcomes for SAT, ACT, AP, IB, and level I/II certificates through the 2022–23 school year

Class of 2022 CCMR OB Final Report Now Available
The Class of 2022 CCMR OB Final Report provides an overview of the funding generated by graduates from the Class of 2022. The report shows an increase in graduates evaluated for CCMR OB from 2021 to 2022, with rises in economically disadvantaged and special education graduates, while non-economically disadvantaged graduates slightly decreased. The percentage of students exceeding HB 3 thresholds increased overall. College readiness remained steady, while career readiness improved across all groups. Funding for CCMR OB increased by over $11 million from 2021 to 2022. For more details, see the Class of 2022 Final CCMR OB Report on the Performance Reporting Resources webpage.

The 2023-24 CAF will be released Thursday, August 8th
The Consolidated Accountability Data File (CAF) will be provided in a fixed length text file format with the layout defined in the CAF File Format. A summary list of new and removed fields and other changes to the CAF are also included. The 2023-24 CAF File Format is now available on the 2024 Accountability Rating Systems page.
Performance Reporting is Hiring
We are currently looking for a Director of Accountability Strategy and Policy. The Director of Accountability Strategy and Policy requires in-depth knowledge of state and federal accountability systems. This role involves analyzing and developing policies and guidelines, establishing goals and metrics, and coordinating program activities.
