ESSER Annual Performance Reporting

Office Hours Information and Reporting Link

• The online system for LEAs to complete this reporting requirement will close on Monday, April 11, 2022.

Here is the link to the Smartsheet WorkApp for the USDE Annual Report. 

• • Note: LEA administrators and designated grant program and fiscal staff associated with the ESSER grant program have access to the online reporting system. In order to grant access to another user to enter the system the authorized representative MUST complete a help form to request additional access. 
• TEA will be hosting office hours statewide covering the USDE Federal Annual Reporting online system, and will recur for the next three weeks:
  • Office Hours (AM): USDE Annual Performance Reporting
    • Weekly on Friday starting on March 25th, 2022 and ending on April 8th, 2022, from 11AM to 12PM.

  • Office Hours (PM): USDE Annual Performance Reporting
    • Weekly on Friday starting on March 25th, 2022 and ending on April 8th, 2022, from 3PM to 4PM.

• TEA hosted a statewide training and Q&A session covering the USDE Federal Annual Reporting online system on March 11th. Training resources now available include:

  • FAQ - USDE Annual Performance Report
    • This is a customized, filtered FAQ specific to the ESSER Annual Performance Report and will be regularly  updated with additional guidance moving forward.

Support, Resources, and Technical Assistance

• Visit the TEA ESSER Program page.
• Recorded trainings and videos are available on the Grant Compliance and Administration Playlist on the TEA YouTube Channel.
• Use the ESSER FAQ Submission form to submit new ESSER questions to TEA staff. The form has been updated with new categories to submit related reporting questions.
• Answers to frequently asked questions are listed in the ESSER FAQ, which will be updated regularly.
